During peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) the Lodge is available for weekly rental only. Daily bookings will be considered for open dates less than four weeks from date of inquiry.

Fishing boats, canoes and kayaks are included
with ALL Ruffed Grouse Lodge & Timberdoodle reservations

Renters must provide and use their own Coast Guard approved PFD (personal flotation devices) in accordance with Wisconsin boating regulations when using RGL watercraft.   Watercraft rental is subject to terms included in the RGL watercraft rental agreement.

Occupancy
- Ruffed Grouse Lodge- 8 persons / Timberdoodle, Remington - 2 persons
- Tents, trailers, campers are not allowed unless by prior arrangement
   
Supplies
- Bed linens and towels are supplied - Bring your own beach towels.
- RGL, TD & REMI - a Weber charcoal grill is included - Bring charcoal and lighter fluid
   
Smoking & Pets
- RGS, TD & REMI are NO SMOKING facilities
- Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only
- Rate (per pet) - $20.00 daily
   
Damage Deposit
- RGL / $100 - TD / $50 - REMI / $50
- Damage Deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure. 
   
Cleaning Fee
- RGL / $100 - TD / $50 - REMI / $50
   
Payment Schedule
   
- 50% of amount (accommodations, watercraft & taxes) is due within 10 days of receipt of
 
reservation confirmation.
- Balance plus damage deposit is due upon arrival
- SORRY WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS
- Make checks payable to RGL - JOHN REARDON
   
5% Wisconsin State and 0.5% Price County taxes will be applied
   
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival date will receive a full deposit refund.
- Cancellations made between 90 days and 60 days of arrival date will receive a 50% deposit refund
- Cancellations made within 60 days or less of arrival date and ‘no shows’ will forfeit the entire reservation deposit amount.
