During peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) the Lodge is available for weekly rental only. Weekend bookings will be considered for open dates less than four weeks from date of inquiry.

WATERCRAFT RENTAL RATES

Pontoon Boat & Motors

Pontoon - 22' Suncruiser w/70hp on Chain of Lakes

$150/ day - $550/ week

Pontoon - 20' Northwood w/25hp 2-stroke on Elk River

$ 75/ day - $300/ week

8.8 HP Yamaha 2-stroke outboard

$ 40/ day - $175/ week

Minn Kota electric trolling motor & battery

$ 15 / day - $ 50 / week

Pontoon & Motors

Renters must provide and use their own Coast Guard approved PFD (personal flotation devices) in accordance with Wisconsin boating regulations when using RGL watercraft. Watercraft rental is subject to terms included in the RGL watercraft rental agreement.

Occupancy
-	Ruffed Grouse Lodge - 8 persons / Timberdoodle - 2 persons
-	Tents, trailers, campers are not allowed unless by prior arrangement

Supplies
-	Bed linens and towels are supplied - Bring your own beach towels.
-	A Weber charcoal grill is included - Bring charcoal and lighter fluid

Smoking & Pets
-	The Lodge and Timberdoodle are NO SMOKING facilities
-	Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only
-	Rate (per pet)-$20.00 daily

Damage Deposit
-	$200/weekly renters $100/daily renters
-	Damage Deposit will be refunded within 10 days of departure.

Payment Schedule
-	50% of amount (accommodations, watercraft & taxes) is due within 5 days of
	receipt of reservation confirmation
-	Balance plus damage deposit is due upon arrival
-	SORRY WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS

5% Wisconsin State and 0.5% Price County taxes will be applied

Cancellation Policy:
-	Cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund.
-	Cancellations made between 90 days and 60 days of arrival date will receive a 50% refund
-	Cancellations made within 60 days or less of arrival date and ‘no shows’ will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
